Article I — Shipping Rates & Timelines

At Pihura, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders within India.

Article II — Delivery Constraints & Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, natural calamities, courier disruptions, or remote delivery locations. Pihura will not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

In the event of a significant delay, our team will proactively reach out to you with an update.

Article III — Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time through our courier partner's portal.

Article IV — Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and name are accurate at the time of placing your order. If a delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any re-delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

Pihura is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details.

Article V — Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us (RTO) due to non-availability of the recipient, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.

For prepaid orders returned to origin, a refund will be processed after deducting applicable shipping and handling fees.
