Mandatory Unboxing Video

For your protection, please record a continuous video while opening your parcel. This video is required as proof to process any claims regarding damaged or defective items.

Article I — Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following specific conditions:

  • The product is found to be physically defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • The fabric received differs significantly from the product description.
  • Non-Returnable: Stitched blouses and customized garments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Article II — The Return Process

If your order meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Notification: Contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@pihura.shop or via WhatsApp at +91 6351915960.
  2. Details: Provide your Order Number, a clear reason for return, and the mandatory unboxing video.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for couriering the damaged product back to our facility. Upon receipt and inspection, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.

Article III — Refunds & Order Cancellations

  • Refund Timeline: Once the return is approved and received, refunds are initiated within 2 working days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, any split or advance amount collected is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations: Requests must be made within 24 hours of placement. If the order has already moved to the shipping stage or left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.

Article IV — Natural Variations

Color Variance: Due to professional camera quality and screen resolutions, a 10%–15% color difference between the digital photo and the physical product is normal and does not constitute a defect.

Embellishments: For garments with hand-applied beads or sequins, minor loosening may occur during transit. This is a characteristic of handcrafted apparel and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
